You must be very detail oriented and goal driven. You will go above and beyond to help grow the company by networking and procuring new business in residential and commercial fields. You will walk each homeowner or business owner through the restoration process from beginning to end to ensure 100% customer service satisfaction!

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales requirements
• Acquire self generated leads
• Drive measurable sales activity (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Climb ladders to inspect roofs for damage
• Manage subcontractors on projects
• Schedule trades
• Read and comprehend insurance and construction documents
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Use Google Drive and CRM's to input and track client information and job progress
• Return unused materials back to distributor
• Complete any additional projects given by management

Requirements

• MUST HAVE A RELIABLE TRUCK or SUV capable of carrying 20ft or greater ladder and towing up to 8,000 lbs
• Possess a high moral standard with integrity
• Be comfortable having Gospel conversations with clients
• Able to climb ladders to perform inspections (weight limit of 250lbs)
• Able to climb steep roofs
• Positive attitude and friendly
• Professional and well-spoken
• Dependable and reliable, available to work until sundown and on weekends
• Ability to deal with rejection
• Technologically savvy with apps
• No fear of heights
• Effective communication skills
• Time management skills

Salary: $39,000.00 to $65,000 per year with commission
